Aylton Tesch founded A11 Sports Management with the aim of offering a differentiated representation service, based on trust and professionalism, for a selected group of athletes. With large experience in partnerships with other agencies, Tesch has partnered with Arlem Lima of AR2 Sports, joining forces for the market. A11 SM is based in Boca Raton (Florida-USA) and has a multidisciplinary team, with renowned professionals in the market and expertise in areas such as financial planning, legal and marketing, among others.

Aylton Tesch

Aylton Tesch has a long history in the basketball industry, including a storied career as a professional athlete and an accomplished resume representing some of the top basketball players in the world. Aylton is a certified Player Agent with both the National Basketball Player Association (NBPA) and the International Basketball Federation (FIBA). He has more than 10 years of experience at some of the world’s biggest sports and marketing agencies. Furthermore, Tesch has a vast amount of experience strategically planning players’ careers, sourcing marketing deals, and negotiating record-breaking contracts. He currently represents basketball players both in the United States and abroad.

Prior to his playing career, Tesch attended and played basketball at Middle Tennessee State University. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics and Finance. Tesch played professional basketball overseas for 10 years. He was runner up at the World Club Championship (McDonald’s Championship 1999) and was a three-time Brazilian National Champion (1999, 2000, 2004). He also played at the Olympic Qualifying Games in 1999 and won a Gold Medal at the 1999 Pan American Games with the Brazilian National Team.

Arlem Lima

Graduated as System Analyst, Arlem Lima worked for large companies, such as IBM, Capgemini and EDS. His strong interest on sports business made him follow other paths, like Sports Marketing and Career Management. In 2008 he joined Ability Sports, a brazilian company focused on soccer business. In 2013, Arlem founded AR2 SPORTS, acting as career manager for professional and amateur basketball athletes. His large experience obtained in several years working for worldwide corporations, added to his deep knowledge on most of segments of basketball business, are the differentials of his work.

Arnaldo Szpiro

Arnaldo Szpiro began his career on sports strategic positions related to finance and management, until taking over as vice-president of Olympic Sports on CLUBE DE REGATAS FLAMENGO between 2003 and 2010. Founder and advisor of Brazilian Basketball League, he worked as chairman of Fiscal Council and auditor of NBB Disciplinary Committee between 2008 and 2010. In 2013, alongside Arlem Lima, Arnaldo founded AR2 SPORTS, and is one of the most respected professionals for his expertise in Sports and Career Management, as well as Events Planning.

Sandro Varejão

Former professional basketball player with over ten years of experience competing abroad. Sandro Varejão worked in major American agencies where he negotiated several contracts for NBA and international players. He studied and played college basketball at West Virginia University, where he graduated in REGENTS BACHELOR OF ARTS, and has a degree in COACH from FEBRACIS (CIS COACH METHOD INTEGRAL SYSTEMIC-EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE). He played professional basketball abroad for over 10 years. He was second place in the world at (McDonald’s Championship 1999 with Clube de Regatas Vasco da Gama), four-time Brazilian champion (1999, 2000, 2001 and 2005), South American champion in 2000, gold medal in the 1999 Pan American games, and defended the Brazilian national team in several tournaments and championships.

Marcio Dornelles

Marcio Dornelles an accomplished Former basketball player with more than 20 years of professional career, has been in many traditional Brazilian basketball clubs, with passages in the Brazilian national team. Now he is studying sports management, and is a part of the A11 team with the function of discovering and recruiting new talents in the national basketball !!!!

Adriano Mião

Former professional player, Adriano Mião started playing at the 10 years old and played for several Brazilian basketball teams such as: Tijuca Tennis Club, Conti Assis and Cerrado Basquete. Adriano has a degree in Digital Market, and is currently studying Sports Management. Today as scouter of A11 Sports, he has the task of discovering new talents in Brazilian basketball.

Rodrigo Szpiro

Rodrigo Szpiro is media coordinator and responsible for developing actions that enhance brands and promote interaction with fans. Rodrigo is also responsible for creating video content for clients and updating materials for clubs, technicians and scouts, researching solutions and creating projects related to Digital Marketing.
